Everyone gets involved in making and then of course eating the dumplings.

Choose 5 dumpling recipes from around the world (easy to find on Google these days). My recommendations are : Japanese Pork and Chive Fried Gyoza, Hong Kong YumCha Prawn Dumplings (HarGow), Tibetan Cheese & Vegetable Dumpling, Brazilian Cheese bread (looks like a dumpling!), Indian Veggie & Potato Curry Samosa, and, I have invented a recipe to match my local flavours : Aussie (1 – Meat Pie & Peas in a Dumpling and 2 – Beetroot & Macadamia Nut).

Seeing The Bright Side of Darkness

The saying goes you never know a good thing until you lose it. Most humans use their eyes more than any other sense to interact with the world. However when you’re blind, you need to rely on all your other senses so much more.

Watch Crocodiles If You Ever Want to Sneak Up on Someone

When I was working in The Gambia, I travelled upriver and came to a sacred pond full of crocodiles.I asked the boys at the pool which of the crocodiles had a placid personality and moreover had had a good breakfast.

They pointed out the crocodile in the attached photo, which I petted. I was concentrating, you will understand, on the croc I was touching and didn’t see the other crocodiles approaching from behind until I later saw the photo.
